We pledged to hold bi-annual ranking board conducted by the senior company management to monitor, nominate and deliver performance incentives, upgrading and promotions for every ranks of deserving officers of the company.
We ensure awards and incentives are given to the right candidates as we also refers errand officers to the Police Licensing Regulatory Department (PLRD), Singapore Police Force for necessary punitive actions when the Security Code of Conduct (Section 170 Code of Conduct from Chapter 250A of the Private Security Industry Act) is breached by any individual of the company.
